If the publisher adds tools later

The cookie policy must then be updated so that it reflects the live implementation, including any consent requirements that apply to the publisher’s setup.
Cookie names, vendor names and retention periods should not be invented in advance. They should be documented only when the corresponding technology has actually been added.
